We select premium global tool steel grades as starting materials to ensure maximum durability, categorized into two main standards: - Japanese Standard (JIS): Grades SKD11 and SKD61, which are highly popular in Thai industries due to easy spare parts availability and stable performance. - German Standard (DIN): Grades DIN 2379 and DIN 2344, featuring superior steel purity, uniform carbide distribution, and exceptional structural stability under high pressure. Note: All material specifications and heat treatment details can be fully customized based on client orders.
CHP's engineering team evaluates and recommends material grades to match the actual heat and friction conditions of your site, preventing wear and maximizing operational life: - Hot Welding Process: We recommend DIN 2379 or SKD11 steel grades as they offer excellent high-temperature strength and compression resistance, preventing the roller profile from distorting. - Cold Welding / Cold Forming Process: We recommend SKD61 or DIN 2344, which excel in high toughness, resistance to repetitive impacts, and exceptional wear resistance under cold roll-forming conditions.
Yes. Our engineering team provides Reverse Engineering services. We measure worn or damaged samples using high-precision tools, extract exact tolerances, and generate 100% accurate CAD drawings before custom manufacturing.
All rollers undergo standardized heat treatment for optimal surface hardness (HRC). We also offer custom surface options like Hard Chrome Plating or Nitriding to reduce friction, prevent scratching, and double roller lifespan.
